Through my participation in online professional communities, I have been encouraged to take on leadership roles by sharing ideas and supporting other educators. I have contributed resources, offered feedback, and engaged in conversations that promote student-centered learning and success. These experiences have helped me recognize the importance of teacher leadership in creating positive learning environments. I strive to model best practices and support both students and colleagues by sharing effective strategies and tools.
