I continually improve my teaching practice by learning from other educators and exploring innovative strategies shared through social media. I have been introduced to proven and promising practices, particularly those that integrate technology to enhance student learning. For example, I have learned new ways to incorporate hands-on and digital activities that promote engagement and support different learning styles. Seeing how other teachers implement these strategies has inspired me to reflect on my own instruction and make meaningful improvements. This continuous learning process helps me stay current and effective in my teaching.
